Warranty and post-warranty service is provided exclusively by authorized and regularly trained personnel. Our services also include consultancy and inspection services. We use genuine spare parts for all repairs and services.

    Warranty

    SMART DOOR strives to ensure that every delivery is complete and in accordance with your order. However, in practice, despite all our checks, this is not always possible. We are able to rectify any errors or shortcomings in the delivery at short notice and thus mitigate the impact of an incomplete or poor quality delivery on the customer. However, it is important that you inform us immediately of the situation and allow us to propose the most appropriate solution to the problem. In the case of a delivery claim, please always quote the order code and the serial number of the gateway. For large projects, it is advantageous to install one door completely before installing another, so that any errors and shortcomings in the delivery can be detected and corrected relatively quickly and cheaply. SMART DOOR is guaranteed for 24 months from the date of delivery. The warranty covers the quality and completeness of the delivery, as well as the functionality of the equipment if it has been installed by an authorized person. The manufacturer undertakes to ensure the supply of spare parts and materials necessary to remedy all defects and faults caused by manufacturing defects or material defects during the warranty period.

    The warranty does not cover:

    A condition for the warranty to be applied is that the professional carries out repeated inspections and tests at least once every 12 months. Inspections and tests as well as repairs and reconstructions must be carried out by an authorised person and recorded in a record book kept by the user. The warranty shall terminate upon expiry of the warranty period or breach of the warranty conditions. The manufacturer is not liable for the gate if it has been installed incorrectly or in violation of the installation instructions and applicable regulations and standards. This manual does not grant the installer or user any rights to modify the system. The installer assumes responsibility for any modifications not in accordance with these instructions. Any unprofessional interference with the technical design may cause a malfunction or accident and cause damage to property or personal injury. If an incident occurs during installation that cannot be resolved using the information provided in these installation instructions, contact the manufacturer’s technical service.
